PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I rent a property in Euclid Ohio from this company, When I first moved in I spoke with a very nice lady name Sharon Shark and she was the one who showed me and my family the house. When my family did our first walk threw the house it had so many damages to the home, but she advise us that it would be fixed by the property owner. We then later found out that she was removed from the company and everything that she promised us never got done. There was cracks in almost every room in the house , the only shower we had was in the basement and was molded and very nasty from the last people that stayed there. The paint job that was done to this house was like a child had done it. Most of the outlets in this home did not work, the upstairs tub did not work properly and was leaking onto my bed. I called about all the problems that I had inside and outside with the property most of the time no one ever came and if they did they did a horrible job and someone else had to come out again. just moved out of this home and now they want to take my security and my back water/sewer money in the amount $1700.00 and stated that I still owe them for $379.00 for the damages done to the home!!! All the damages that I reported in the first place. GOOD THING I TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEO OF THIS HOUSE WHEN WE CAME AND LEFT!!! My husband and I went to the company in person and let them know of what was going on, we could not speak with the manger they made us speak with maintenance manager at in the meeting told me that he knew nothing about what was going on and I know that keep record of each and every time they come to a home and what the renter complaint was about the home. The home was inspected by Demerris that worked for there company and he assured us they he did not see and damages that would keep us from getting our deposited back and he is there INSPECTOR!!!!! I am going to fight this company because my husband has a business of doing clean out of properties and we spent two weeks cleaning out that home and everything that was left was the homeowner items that she told us not to take from her home. I can not believe after reading these reviews that they are trying to do the same thing to us. Every one carpet do not cost $315.00 to be cleaned and charged me $30.00 for blinds that were mines That I left to make sure no one could see in her home and only cost me $4.00 at the dollar store..... WELL THE JONES FAMILY IS TAKING THE FIGHT ................... BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!

As investors We currently have many properties that are been handled at Cleveland property management, we started to purchase homes a year ago. At the beginning we interviewed 3 different management companies until we met CPMG staff which gave us the confidence to deal with them. After few months we understood that they are professional team that understand how to deal with rents issues and needs. I personally think they will be excellent protecting your investment , with finding good tenants, communicating with them, as well communicating with the owners, when needed they also have good maintenance technicians. They definitely understand and control the information about our properties and tenants and it help us managing our investment portfolio.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Clearly this property management company screens for good tenants but not for good owners! We pay our water bill every month and our water has been shut off 3-4 times in the last 2 years. We are currently living in our home without a lease since April 1 because the owner has never responded regarding renewal. We have a leak under our sink, no back porch light, a broken screen door and cannot open our windows in the living room and dining room because they are sealed shut. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I'm trying to hold on until we find something else. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

As a neighbor to a property managed by Cleveland Property Management Group, I would suggest NOT using this company to manage your property OR rent from. I have been dealing with renters that don't maintain their property for at least eight or 9 years now. I have called the company and complained about the maintenance and appearance of the home on several occasions and feel that the management company AND the homeowner should be held to as high a standard as homeowners that LIVE in their home! I have also called my city building department and made formal complaints. Please call your city building department and report ANY rental property that is not kept up in your city or you could be living next to a house that looks like this!

Cleveland Property Management Group has been my rental property manager for the last 2 years. With complication that I am a foreign investor, they have done excellent job. They are professional, taking responsibility seriously, and responsive. I am so pleased that I found this company, as my previous management company simply didn't function.
