We stayed here about a year ago and hope to return soon.  It was such a relaxed environment; we felt right at home.  We had a wonderful time exploring Lake Memphremagog and the towns of Derby and Newport.  I enjoyed a little too much of the local cider and had a rough morning, but the homemade breakfast revived me.  We can't wait to return and wander around the farm again!

My wife & stayed here for 4 nights in March 2014. Mim (Host) was so lovely & helpful.  The room & facilities were most comfortable and the breakfasts were really nice. Being so close to the Canadian Border, Mim suggested a day trip to Montreal, which given the cold weather was well worth the drive.  You will need a canadian GPS as ours was only suited for USA, but we made it back no worries. Before leaving we purchased some yummy maple syrup that Mim & her son make on the property. It was certainly worth the stay.

Rooms are gorgeous each with private bathroom.  Food is delicious and MIM is the best!

Perfectly relaxing.
Large rooms. Views of the mtns & lake.
Wonderfully kept home & grounds.
Great home cooked breakfast.
