I 'd like to hire Cliff Kranenburg Painting however a friend of mine told me not to. He said he worked for Cliff Kranenburg Painting and never got paid for the services performed.

For me, this can be a red flag. I do not support businesses that take advantage of their vendors or employees. That is not nice.
