Like others have said, I would stay away from this shop also. I brought my work truck in, a brand new 2016 F150, to have a set of tires put on. When they were done I got in to leave and one of the tire sensors was reading at 1psi so I went back in to see why. I was told that it just hasn't woken up yet and to drive it a little. On my way home I was watching it and all the sudden the reading just went to all dashes (---) so I called them and the guy told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. It was a couple days later before I could get it back over there, in the mean time I noticed that they never re-trained my tire sensors either after installing the new tires. Once I got it back over to them I told the guy that my tire sensors were never re-trained, he apologized and again said that they would take a look at it. They got it in and about an hour later he came and said that the sensors all looked good and it was probably something with the main module and told me to take it to the dealership. I left there and went to the dealership. They took it back and came back and told me that the sensor was completely broke off and was just rolling around in the tire! The dealership got me all fixed up and the sensors have been good since. I work for a pretty big company with A LOT of company vehicles out on the roads and I've told everyone I can to stay away from this shop.

Wish i could rate this lower. Went there with a small tube to be patched and was told by the attendant "good luck",and that no one there knew how to patch a tube. Im still in shock. What kind of tire tech cant patch a tube? Really? Wow. Left there went to M&D tire the men there stayed past closing and repaired the tube and then didnt even charge me . this was the final piece in a rebuild for an underprivileged childs birthday. Way to unbless someone cliff. Im forced to give a one star review which is more than the service deserves.

Attendants/owners very conscientious about my vehicle, my needs and expectations. Of there is a problem, they will search until it is found. Great people to work with.

I have taken my car to Cliffs almost every week because my low tire pressure light keeps coming on. I went in a week and a half ago to change my oil and asked them to please check the tire AGAIN. I was trying to tell them I wanted to buy a new tire because I drive over 100 miles a day to and from work. I couldn't finish my sentence before my words were dismissed and was told the weather causes this problem and the tire pressure sensor can be very sensitive. Yes once in a while but not every week. Of course they put air in the tire and a week later the light came on again. This is not an old car. At the same time "they changed my oil" 2 weeks later my car now shows that I am due for an oil change again. I look at the "due date sticker put on my windshield and notice they didn't even change the sticker. I was charged $113 for a service I don't believe they did. I have been told by many people to never go to Cliffs Goodyear because of they way they treat women. I figured with such easy requests at a steep price they wouldn't take advantage. I was wrong and will never go back there again. Contacting Goodyear and The BBB
