i was referred to climate tech from someone at work. they were prompt and courteous when i called, and they went out of their way to help me in a pinch. technician was knowledgeable and efficient. they have gained a client for life!

8am appointment for a broken heater.    No one ever showed . Called at 9 was told someone was here knocking on the door at 8 and calling. No missed calls no knocks on the door . No card on the door saying we missed the appointment.  No nothing . Just a rude lady who answered the phone and said she was only sending them back out if we promised to be here and let them in .   Would never do business again with this company .

We are very happy with Climate-tech.   We had a new furnace, humidifier,  and condensate pump installed.  We have noticed a HUGE improvement in our home comfort.  It stays warmer, I don't wake up feeling very dry anymore, and our gas bill has gone down.  The install looks amazing!  It's clean, everything is straight and shiny (my wife likes that) and it's quiet!  We couldn't be happier.  I would recommend Climate-tech to everyone.

I had Climate- Tech Inc. do my furnace and air. The staff exceeded my expectations, and provided an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

I called early on a Thursday morning because my 3-year old furnace had gone out the previous night. I wanted to go with the original installer, since they warrantied parts and labor. However, they were all booked up and this was looking to be the coldest day all year. It was only 8 in the morning and our inside temperature was in the low 50's. 
Climate-Tech was able to have someone over in only a few hours. Over the course of 3-4 hours (and 2 visits), the tech (Tony) switched out the igniter and the circuit board. Success! The furnace was working. Tony told me he would warranty all parts and only charge me for labor. The $190 was a tough one but my fiancé and I were glad to have heat. 
Over the course of that night the furnace stopped working again. I called Climate-Tech back the next morning and they were again able to have Tony back there in just a few hours. Tony did say there was an item he didn't check and that turned out to be a problem (I cannot remember what it was). He completed the repair at no charge to us. 
Despite the repair requiring multiple visits, overall the experience with Climate-Tech was great. Tony could not have been more polite and professional. He informed us that his company warranties all their parts and labor for 90 days and to call back if we had any more issues. So far so good!
This is a great company and deserves the high ratings it has received.
