DO NOT COME HERE! Listen to the people writing all the reviews! I came here in November of 2015 because my husband was in the military stationed in GA and I had to come to my parents to give birth. I had TRICARE (keep in mind this happened in 11/2015-2/2016). From the start when I went to register there for the first time they didn't know what TRICARE even meant, they didn't know what it was or how it worked so I did their job, I literally showed them how to register me in THEIR system... how? Idk but I did. As the visits kept happening I kept getting bills in the mail as if I was a "cash" patient and I kept asking them why did I get bills if I have insurance? Their response " oh this was a mistake you don't owe anything, don't worry about it will get it fixed " this went on for about 3 or 4 months. I left to GA with my baby and my mom kept telling me they kept sending me bills and as so I called them and their answered was the same "don't worry about it" at that time I trusted them thinking they were professionals and they knew what they were doing. The bills stopped coming home and this year, 2018,bill collectors started looking for me. They told me I owe almost $1,000 which I didn't know why. I called the clinic and the billing girl I forgot her name (daisy I believe) told me nonsense telling me I had a "co pay" insurance and that's why they didn't pay etc... keep in mind I do billing for a clinic now and with TRICARE you either have it for medical treatment or you don't. I had no other insurances at that time so this girl obviously doesn't know how to do her job nor give simple explanations what so ever. I did let her know that's not what my insurance told me since I called TRICARE as well and on their end they were never billed, they never received anything from this clinic. Of corse TRICARE will help me get that off my record since it's not fair to be screwed by someone who doesn't know how to add 1+1. To this clinic i advice you either train your "fresh out of school", "non-certified" workers or you just close your doors instead of screwing people's life's up. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. And if this clinic replies to my comment just know any excuse they put out there is BS. This clinic gave me horrible headaches and stress that I don't wish to anyone.

Staff is rude and very unprofessional my grandson almost died blood test showed he was keydosis and they never call to say he was deadly ill till we went back because he was very ill. Dr asked didn't anyone call you I said no. He requested we rush him to emergency as he call them to let them know we where on our way. They never do let us know about all blood test I always have to call and demand what's going on

Used to be a good location. Now they continually cancel appointments and won't follow a previous doctors prescriptions, changing up antidepressants with each new doctor. I was hospitalized for this in June '17. Never again, I'm going somewhere else.

Turned away after 5 hours because my insurance wasn't accepted. Why not say so in the first few minutes instead of having me wait for a Dr I never got to see?

Employees are rude, uncaring. Wait times for an appointment are 6+ months out. Anywhere is better than here.
