I know that working for the government has its trials and difficulties with dealing with the public. So I would like to give a big shout out to a woman named Carrie that directs each caller to where they need to go for each callers specific needs. She was having a rough day all day when i called later in the afternoon. She was so pleasant and helpful and patient with me the whole time while i struggled to look for a pen. With as late as it was she could only get so far so she told me she'd get back to me the following day with more information to help me along with my needs and she most certainly did call me back, and it was in great timely manner as well I might add. Carrie, I really hope that this review gets back to you and I just want to tell you thank you again for your patience and kindness with caring about me and doing your job to the best of your ability. I hope you get a raise for your customer hospitality because you deserve it. I am not one to leave reviews. This is my first review to anything ever. So again, i thank you for making my experience with clinton county a stress free and a hopeful experience. ~Lacey
