I was at Heritage 301 saw an elderly lady confused and distressed. An ambulance came for her and the two PG25FD persons did not help her up to get on the gurney and when she did not respond to put her hands inside the lady firefighter snatched her hand and threw it into her lap. How would they want their mom treated like that? These people had no compassion.
I took my son to the pediatrician around the corner for having trouble breathing during the night. During his visit the doctor called the ambulance to take him to the hospital. When the fire truck/ ambulance arrived they took his vitals and told me that “they didn’t see a need to transport him to the hospital... and to go home and observe him.” Mothers always listen to your intuition!! Something didn’t sit right with me so I ended up driving him to the hospital myself. When we arrived after taking my sons vitals we were rushed to the back as a code YELLOW. I was told by the doctors was in ACUTE DISTRESS, that if we had gone home and observed He wouldn’t have made it. So basically I would’ve been observing my son die right before my eyes. I wouldn’t call them again if my house was on fire.
October 29th 2022 Kirby Road in Old Branch Avenue 251 runs red light Stone Cold what type of operators are drivers training are these guys receiving they don't know the difference in the colors on the red lights green and yellow last time I checked red meant stop no matter if you're in a emergency vehicle or not and not responding you should obey all traffic laws and a former volunteer and that's why we all get bad names professional or not and it was a paid firefighter from PG County driving that apparatus
Contacted the fire station due to an alarm from my carbon monoxide detector. The team promptly arrived and conducted a thorough investigation, determined the source of the carbon monoxide, provided a solution and then stayed to see if it was successful. This team was awesome. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to public service.
These people are awesome!!! My whole apartment building was burning down last month and Ladder Truck 825 cut a big hole in the roof. The hole stopped the fire from burning down the rest of the apartments. Amazing job, God Bless!
THESE PEOPLE ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. THEY WERE MEAN AND NASTY. MY MOM IS CLAUSTROPHOBIC AND THEY STARTED TO ROUGHLY STRAP HER IN THE CHAIR AND SHE PANICKED. THE GUY WAS SO MEAN TO MY MOM. THEY HAVE NO BED SIDE MANOR. THESE PEOPLE MUST HATE THERE JOB. GOD FORBID IF I EVER HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN, I WILL SPEAK MY MIND. THEY NEED TO TAKE A CLASS ON HOW TO BE NICE TO PEOPLE. NO STARS
