I have really mixed feelings about this place. I've gotten my haircut there twice in the past year, and both times it was not a pleasant experience. The first time I had gone in and I hadn't had my haircut in over a year. I don't like going to salons, because of situations like this. The night before I had just washed my hair then threw it up in a bun and not worried about combing it or anything. It's my understanding that that's what you do before you have a color. My hairdresser then had to comb my hair out. And the entire time she was doing as she was making disgusted faces, and you could tell that she was sort of judging me. That was the impression that I felt anyways. And it made me really uneasy, and really uncomfortable. I had sorted decided to never go back there, but because of extenuating circumstances I had to get a haircut not even three months later. The second time I went in I had to get a haircut that was going to be able to work with a surgery that I was having on my head. And the haircut was nice, and the sams hairdresser was nicer this time. But I really felt like she overcharged me. I guess that's what you get with trendy places like this, is it they're going to be able to charge whenever you want. But there's little to no transparency about the prices until you get up to the front. If she would have told me that this would have been a $50 haircut, for something pretty basic, I would not have done it. I was absolutely Blown Away by how much she charged me. The place is really nice. Don't get me wrong. It's just not a cheap, or necessarily friendly Place sometimes.

Great service and an incredibly friendly staff. I've always enjoyed my trips into the salon. The prices are definitely fair for the amazing services you receive.

My child or a box could do better, then the due job I received! I paid over 100 dollars for very amateur work. I'm disappointed.

Nice people, but sloppy with their waxing. When I went in to get my lip and brow done, I left with uneven brows and a half-waxed lip. This has happened to me multiple times at Clipzone.
