One of the two or three best things about Grass Valley… Tucked in the back, beyond the vinyl, a handful of books – apparently carefully chosen. I picked up the book on The Wrecking Crew – the documentary was good, the book is GREAT… so glad to have found it. Also in the back: my next turntable… There may not be a Tower Records anymore, but there is a Clock Tower Records. Rock On, Curt!

Do yourself a favor and go to Cherry Records in Auburn. I’ve tried to support this business for years, but have finally had enough of being ripped off for overpriced, low-quality products from a dishonest dealer.

This is the kind of store that helped create my passion for music. Clock Tower maintains a great variety of music & the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. This is the place a grandmother could go into and ask for a recommendation for their grand kid who likes reggae... She will leave feeling confident she got the right choice! I miss record stores, thankfully I stumbled on this little gem!

Kurt has a phenomenal collection of music & stereo equipment. I thoroughly enjoy every visit to this wonderful store in the heart of Grass Valley. Every customer is welcomed and it is a pure joy to browse the CDs, vinyl & more.
