The staff are very very slow and they don't care about time. If you have appointment or walkin you have to wait time min 2 hours to see the Dr. (even if the centre is empty and the Patient is kid 5 years old).You can get feeling they don't want to work and trying to push you to move to other centre. You will see some of them are very rude with you ( no body taught them that thier position is to serve people to get paid not to be rude to them) The Dr. Are very good and frindly that is why you forgive everything when you leave.

Mia has been the best doctor that my dad has had in a long time. She is amazing and I don't say that about doctors often. Mia cares, a lot. Though the nursing staff is sometimes incompetent or forgetful Mia is worth the effort. She is super busy though so a wait time should be expected.

WARNING! INCOMPETENCE RUNS THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! My roommate has a 5 year-old, who unfortunately has been sick on & off for a month and a half. When the parents took her to this clinic, multiple times, the "Doctors" somewhat look her over & send her home without any antibiotics, whatsoever. Every time. The front desk isn't any better. They put people on hold, and forget about them. My roommate had to call back a few times, just to talk to a lady with little understanding about how they run things. I'd give zero stars if possible!!!

My personal wait time during the past 5 years has averaged out to 40 minutes wait at each pre-scheduled appointment.. I go at least once a month. Some days are faster, and a few are longer. That is just to get out of the lobby and into pre-exam, then another 20-30 minutes for doctor to see me.. We get quality treatment in the end and thats the most important thing. The people we come into contact with show that they care too. Its a busy clinic and if you are pressed for time, maybe call ahead and find out if they are running late.
