This is my least favorite location in the metroplex. I find the least amount of high end brands here and often when I try on the items I find out they have huge holes or damage to them which is very disappointing. I do find a hidden gem from time to time. Most of the staff has great customer service though, especially the taller manager. The older manager (Pam?) does not however. She also doesn't seem to know designer brands which is off putting when I want to sell. I no longer sell to this location due to their lower offers than other locations. They also will not honor returns from other stores despite having everything in order. They say they do but then refuse when they feel like the item is not in season or it is something they don't feel is good enough for their location. That shouldn't be taken out on me, the customer. All the locations are so strict with their 7 day return policy that it has caused me to be out money when I can't make it back across DFW to the original location. Either accept returns like you say you do, or don't advertise that you accept returns from other stores.
