Terrible ! They destroyed both my outfits. My skirt shrunk and my dress is as good as garbage. No concept of costumer service.  The staff is rude and simply doesn't get it.

Walked in before the business was closed, but was fairly rudely turned away because it was a few minutes before closing time. I was attempting a drop off.
