Went in this morning, looking at a $448 little jacket. The two young clerks were far more interested in talking to each other than helping me. I was the only one in the store except someone being helped at the cosmetic counter. The only way small local stores can compete is on customer service and these guys failed miserably.

Back in my car, I looked online and the same jacket, same maker was much less expensive at Nieman Marcus. Hmmmm. Makes it hard to shop local.

Sadly in order to give a rating I need to put a star that isn't deserved. I have been in this store twice within the past two weeks and got no help and dirty looks. First time was with friends and the second I was with my family. The do have good clothes but I would never buy anything here. This is becasue of their terrible customer service. They would never make it where I work, and I work retail as well.

Upper end women's clothing, accessories and Clinique and Estee Lauder products. Only place within 15 miles that has this quality.

They have a decent selection of clothes but good luck getting help. I've been in there twice this month and both times the employees were so busy chatting with each other they ignored me. I went elsewhere.
