Guy does a good effort of keeping the place clean. Only remark I have is that the cheaper laundry machines do not clean that well due to their short cycles. For a proper wash you need to run it twice. Or you could just go for the proper washing machine, 6 dollars. That one works nicely

$3 dollars for a load, 10 year old small machines. .25 dryer for 5 min. Rip off.  Can't find a number to call in the whole building if there is a problem. Dump.
