I have been going to Jacquie for make up, blow outs and hair cuts for the last 3 or 4 years and when I got engaged I knew I wanted Cloud 10's hair stylists and make up artists for my wedding day!

Working with owner, Jodi, was a great experience, she was extremely organized and responsive and created a great schedule for the morning of my wedding. With 14 women to coordinate getting ready with hair and make up, she handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Jodi even came with the stylists and make up artists the day of to ensure the schedule ran smoothly.

Jacquie, Melissa and Maria were our hair stylists. Jacquie, Sarah and Kelsey were our make up artists. All bridesmaids, moms and myself were extremely happy with our hair and make up and with a mostly outdoor wedding it was impressive that we all still looked good by the end of the night! December in Florida is still hot and humid during the day! From curls, to braids, to up-do's, everyone's hair looked beautiful. Some of my girls preferred more natural looking make up, while others like myself wanted something a bit more dramatic - either way, everyone's make up was perfect. I can't recommend this salon and these ladies enough!!

Went in for a blow out for my baby shower - with a request for very simple old school hollywood curls... came out with beach waves I could have done myself in 15 minutes. Super nice girls and lovely atmosphere but wouldn't recommend for a blowout. ( myself and 4 girls went in and no ones hair came out professionally )

Love this place. Great blowouts, stylists, and products. Never had anything but a blowout but from what I see they also do great cuts and color.

Terrible customer service!! Made an appointment for a haircut @3 arrived early. I filled out a form mentioning I was there for a haircut and when I met with the stylist, she was under the impression I was there for a blowout. When I reiterated I wanted a haircut and that's what I made the appointment for the girl at the front desk told me I was wrong and was there for a blow out. They offered no solutions and simply told me they had no availability. She did not seem apologetic at all. Walking in and noticing all the empty chairs should of been the first warning .
