Cloud Nine is a bucket list item while you're in Aspen and will most certainly produce some of the best photos you've ever taken. 

If you're down to spray champagne (who isn't), then book the 2pm seating and sit outside or in the main dining room (the side room is a no spray zone). And don't forget to hide your jacket under the table unless you want a wet ride down after. 

Also, book well in advance. This place fills up quickly and a reservation is mandatory.

What to get: You can't go wrong with a few bottles of Veuve, the pimped out seafood plateau and the braised beef short rib. But everything on the menu is delicious.

Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro.  Wow, what an amazing restaurant !!  Fabulous Food, Excellent Service, Epic Views and Sensational Skiing !!!  2-Seatings, noon and 2:00pm.  Reservations required. Rotating daily Menu.  Excellent wine for 10,000 ft. Above sea level.  Early seating for families and established folks, more conservative. Late seating, party and drinking atmosphere. Please be prepared to ski down after cocktails.  You will love it here !!!

Went tog Aspen insteed ofta France and ends up eating Raclette, not their best meal. The tartar was epic through

Cool and GF (real gf - tested with Nima) but waaaay to expensive for the food and experience....... i mean way too expensive!

Great food. Great views, good times. Be prepared to get soaked in viv cliquot by frat boys posing as ski bums if you do the 2pm seating.
