Bowled a few games and had a good time.  It was pretty much exactly what I expected and that's not bad at all.

The customer service at this establishment is the worst I have ever received.  After working in customer service for the last 10 years, I will not take my business to a place that treats it's customers in such a horrible way.  The general manager of this place couldn't even return an email after I filed a complaint on their website.  The company has absolutely no customer service skills and the upper manager apparently does not care about their customers either.  I would never recommend anyone to go to this place -- in fact I would actually tell people to avoid it if they value true customer service.

Horrible experience.  The lanes are NOT level. I asked to be moved to a lane that all the balls didn't roll to 1 side. The employee was surly and not cooperative.  I won't return.
