Great library for a smaller town. Seem to have a good selection. Library loans are available for harder to find books. Employees are knowledgeable and kind.

Sometimes I forget about how wonderful our library is. I went for the first time in about a year and it was very busy. The woman who helped me was so kind and friendly. After exploring a bit I found the New Mexico room in the back full of books about our state. I hear on the radio about all of the activities for children and when you enter the front doors they have a calender with all kinds of special interest meetings held there. It was February when I visited and there was a display of books wrapped in brown paper. The idea was 'blind dating' the books which had short descriptions written on them. So clever! Looking forward to coming back!

The lady who answer the phone answered in a rude and disgusting way !! They need to fire her all I was asking was to see if they were giving out solar eclipse glasses because on the internet it said New Mexico would be giving them out at the libraries but this lady took it to far to laugh and say umm I think it says in the beginning when you call the library we will not be giving them out aww no it didn't it just said hold on for the next rep available !! No need for adittude and a smart mouth .
