Nice facility, they have almost everything you need, including bumper plates which is nice. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired though, be prepared to walk into a black hole when you go into the basement.

I love the classes here. Attend classes with John, Allison and Meghan and you'll be happy and fit :)

The staff are amazing, they make you feel more like you are part of a family than a customer. The staff help you with safe practices, very attentive and will immidediately help you if they see your not using proper form. Prices are very reasonable, cheap if you consider the customer service. Sue, fitness trainer, is outstanding (brutal ugh) but I would highly encourage anyone looking for specific goals and needs some guidance and motivation, consider the personal training it's absolutely worth it. Lost 146lbs thanks to the training team and staff!
