FILTHY and HORRIBLE ATTITUDES. I've taken my dogs here for nail trims for a couple of years now, intermittently, since they've been open. I will never be back. While waiting in the lobby with another customer we noticed out loud to each other just how filthy the place was. I was a vet tech for years so I know what a place looks like when there are animals going in/out and being groomed, etc.. This place has been neglected, from fur balls in every corner, under the bench, and dust on the shelving, it was gross. While the other lady in the lobby was checking out she mentioned it to the gal, and the gal made an excuse about it being a grooming salon and that it "happens". After a different gal brought out my second dog, I said, very nicely, that I liked coming here, it was close to my house, but that is was really filthy in the waiting lobby. The groomer immediately got defensive and argumentative and aggressive (!!) and said it was not part of her job to clean out there. I told her that I was a customer just making a suggestion and she cut me off to say, "Do you want me to come clean your room!?!". It was insane. I asked if the owner was around and she turned and said, "Yeah, right there!!" and stormed off. There stood this tiny woman who truly looked like she had no idea what to say or do. I can't believe a business owner would allow an employee to speak to one of her customers like that. Newsflash honey: You should make it your employees job to clean your establishment, or do it yourself. I will never be back. I wish I would have taken pictures.

Love Club K9!!!!! The took such good care of my puppy. He was a bit mess with his hair like cotton.the took there time and kept him as calm as he could be. (it was his first ever cut) he came out looking like a champ with his Sea Hawks bandana and green spike mohawk. I highly recommend them.

Club K9 has simply been the best place to have my dogs groomed. Their professionalism and customer service is excellent. My dogs groomer Coleen does a great job grooming my Great Pyrenees. No task is too much for them, especially when i brought in an elderly St. Bernard named Roxy that me and my partner rescued over a year ago, she was in bad shape with mats all over, thanks to Club K9, they groomed her back to the sweet loving and confident dog that she was for us. Thanks so much for taking good care of my dogs and their needs. :)

I took my older border collie in for a "summer cut". The groomer knew you don't do those kind of cuts on double coated dogs. Instead she trimmed him up and gave him a blow out, to get the matted under coat out. He looked great and was much cooler for our road trip. She also said I wouldn't like a close crop on my dog. It would make him look much older. Thanks
