I have been working at Garfield Tower since October 2016. I can honestly say this was the best career move I have made. I work side by side with a friendly and knowledgeable crew that is more like a family; Emily, Dave, Shawn, and Shawnta. We work hard to accommodate our residents every need as their satisfaction is always our top priority. Emily is a great leader and an excellent trainer! I'm so happy to work for an amazing company. My favorite part of the day is when our special furry residents stop by my office for a treat! We have the best residents and I look forward to work everyday!

This company is predatory. I had to buy out of my lease early. I am 19 years old and my wife is pregnant so we had to move back in with family. I paid $2800 plus I gave up my $1400 security deposit. I was fine doing this but I paid over $4200 to get out of the town house I was in, I gave a month notice, the property manager sent me the lease buy out agreement 2 weeks after I has already moved out and said I need to sign it "asap" to put in my file. I thought everything was squared away. But it turns out they had me sign that to send me another $700 bill in the mail for cleaning. I am not a dirty person and nothing was out of line by any means. I am already struggling with money financially and I feel I have given this company more than enough money and they are taking advantage of me. I am at a lose of words. Please do not fall to this predatory company.

Just moved in and have had issues taken care of quickly.  Plumber came over within 2 minutes of us calling about a small issue and fixed it.   So far really pleased.  Pete the manager here has been great.

I am currently a property manager at a CMC Property. I love the people I work with. Chelsea, Eric, Quinton and myself work very well as a team. We make work fun and still do a great job. You spend a lot of time with the people you work with and I couldn't ask for a better crew.
