applied for a personal loan to consolidate my credit cards. My credit is good and I'm up to date on all cards and the balances are not high. I just wanted to put all of the payment together in one bill. They approved my loan with one condition...close  my credit cards. Anyone who knows about credit knows that closing my cards would DESTROY my credit. Very disappointed that they would suggest a move that would hurt me in the long run.

Called to make a donation to the fund for Kirkersville shooting victims.  I believe the young lady's name was Meghan?  She was very kind and up to speed on the process.  Very sad situation!  Please thank her for me!

This bank is amazing!! The people who work there are friendly. There is a drive-thru. I still go to this bank even though I moved clear across town. Highly recommend!!!

Staff is very rude. Nobody seems to understand the policy or procedures of opening up a account for a minor. Waited for a hour to not get anywhere. Waist of time if you ask me.
