This was our first time moving where our move was not being handled by our employers. And this time our move was clear across the country. After reading all the horror stories about moving scams, we were more than a little nervous. We found CMS through Moving Link. From start to finish, the entire experience was very professionally handled. Throughout a rather long process, they patiently answered all our questions and were very accommodating when our move date changed. As an aside, if you are moving you should be doing your homework, reading all the small print, and asking lots of questions to be sure that you completely and clearly understand everything. Even a good company like CMS can't do it all for you. At the end, we even received a small refund because our stuff ended up weighing less than was estimated - we got rid of a lot of unneeded stuff and could probably have gotten rid of even more. Would definitely recommend CMS.

CMS far exceeded our expectations on moving day. First off they showed up about 10 minutes early, began laying mats down to protect our flooring towards our main entrances, took extreme care of our valuables (such as wrapping our 55 inch television) and overall moved us out of our 2 bedroom apartment and into our new one in just 3 hours time. Two thumbs up for sure!

CMS was really a wonderful experience. From the first meeting to estimate my move, where Rex offered me free boxes (!), to subsequent interactions with Toni and my driver, I've been nothing but extremely happy with my service. Although it's pricey to have a service move your household goods, I would say a thousand times over that CMS made this move so painless that it was worth the extra cost.

Hired CMS after looking for a moving company in Kent online. I carefully read reviews of several companies and decided to give them a try. Having just finished my move into my new apartment successfully, I can say their moving team an amazing job. They arrived on time, protected the flooring, helped put a few remaining things in boxes, deconstructed my bed (and rebuilt it at my new place) and moved everything in a total of 4 hours! Would highly recommend their service. Thanks CMS again for a great job.

Our moving experience could not have been better! From our estimate by Joe C., the move coordination by Donna and our movers, Cory, Rob, Jeremy and Juan - the team was fabulous. We moved from a large home in Bellevue, WA to a much smaller residence in Port Townsend, WA. Cory and his team were very personable, extremely respectful of our belongings and were calm, efficient and careful. All our belongings arrived safely, including the piano! The weather was rainy and windy on delivery day and everything ended up dry and safe. Donna, our move coordinator, checked in several times during the move and was available any time we had questions. We highly recommend this team at CMS.
