The space was absolutely beautiful! My boyfriend was a little skeptical at first but as soon as he pulled in to the drive way and walk inside he was amazed! CNE also set the home up for our arrival with mood lighting, beautiful music on the sound system and a gift basket with coffee and fun ideas for things we might want to do in town during our stay. Anything you could possibly need was available including a stroller and car seat for small children if needed, which we didn’t as our children were not on this trip with us. But the thought put into this vacation rental was very well executed. We used the gas grill on a beautiful night and enjoyed the night’s sky. The large star fruit tree in the very large backyard added to the beautiful scenery. For you who love the sport of fishing, about a quarter of a mile down the road from the property lays a canal that, as the locals tell me, has been known for some good catches. I would definitely return during my next visit to Naples and I would 100% recommend this place to my friends and family and even someone I just met on the street!

We have rented from CNE for 3 years, and had a wonderful experience from the start! Their home is well appointed, clean, and made our vacation in paradise a breeze. The only reason we stopped renting was to purchase our own home in Florida! (And CNE will be managing our new home, too!) We really can't say enough great things about CNE. They are responsive, organized, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
