I understand used tires are as is. I lived in 5 states and always bought as is tires that lasted years on my car's. I bought a used tire from this location and within 60 days the tire completely busted beyond repair. This location sales crappy used tires, and could careless the true condition. Owner is only about money and not repeat, or even happy customers. If your looking for a deal worth the dollar, go elsewhere.
