Absolutely horrible! Please don’t waste your time and money on these guys. They will NOT show up and do the job. Don’t give no upfront money neither. You’ll never get it back.
I hope no one has to go through what we did. ;(

So far, this has been the best experience I have had with a roofing company. They just finished changing the roofs of our two houses, and I have no complaints. I recommend these people.

I am extremely satisfied with CNJ’s Roofing. I called and was able to make an appointment really quick. They were on time and worked immediately.

I don’t know anything about how to change a roof. Jason took the time to explain and walk me through the process. I have never been happier with a roofing company.

Wow! I’m really shocked that there were 3 reviews that said he did a good job and that he actually showed up. (I wonder what they did to get this service.) 

One good thing-he did return my phone call and gave me an estimate the next day. Besides that, I don’t recommend them. He gave me a specific day that he would redo our entire roof (due to the hail damage) That day came, and within 3 weeks from the day he was suppose to be at our house... we texted and talked verbally and he has given me exactly 7 excuses. The first two... ok I understand. People get sick. Second one, kids got sick from him being sick Then the third story was that he had ex wife issues along with the new girlfriend... which was not necessary for him to tell me. I just wanted him to get the job done. His personal life is his personal life. As a business owner you have to leave your personal life at home and separate personal and business. 

Anyhow, he never showed up. After my 7-8th phone call he started getting rude and said something along the lines.. well actually basically that “I’ll get there when I can, you’re not my only customer!” I understand that, BUT It’s been three weeks and you gave me a specific date... so why are you now saying “I’m not your only customer.” 

He’s a younger guy. And due to first impression-i should’ve known not to hire him. 

All in all, you’ll get a quote. He’ll give you a day. But... HE WONT SHOW UP! And on top of that (I won’t mention any names but after I complained on Facebook swap n shop... I realized that I wasn’t the only one he’s done this to. The Elizabethtown no rules swap & shop has I think 12,000 members. And 27 people complained! 

I really hope no one has to go through what I did. I trusted him and because of all his excuses, I really thought he would come. I wasted 3 weeks... with 4 leaky areas. 

Please you guys. Don’t go through what I did. Just shop and call around and always look online for ratings, BBB, and with today’s technology... Facebook!
