You guys are not "always on time" I call an hour early and it takes an hour or more to get a cab I use this company everyday and when you guys are early I end up getting to work late because the dispatcher lady send the drivers to pick up other people and drops them off first today makes the 6th time that has happened I'm done glad uber made it's way to upstate Uber is cheaper and reliable I'll be using them for now on!!!!

3.5 stars. 
$25 from Utica Station to Hamilton College. Was surprised to have two fellow travelers, all of us with different destinations. Vehicle in good condition, driver courteous, dispatcher too.  Not too long a wait.
