This review is unfortunate because I've never had a bad experience at the original Coaches. I generally try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt but this visit was strike 3 for us. First visit ordered breakfast to go, took 45 minutes and got home to rock hard biscuits and gravy. 2nd bad experience went in for lunch, waited an hour for food, which if they were busy I would understand but we were one of 2 tables.. most recent trip I took my Kids in for breakfast including a 1 year old. Ordered our food asked if we could get the side of avocado out asap to keep the little one happy while we waited... after 45 minutes I asked again for the avocado and was told the cook would get to it after he's done with the current order... finally got the avocado after an hour of waiting with 3 hungry kids, when they dropped off the avocado the waitress apologized and said "sorry the owner is cooking today so it's going to be a few". Hour and a half in i asked to get the food to go. Took an hour and 45 minutes to get our food. Now I understand things happen, but if you have a family especially with small children, it's common courtesy to let them know your kitchen is backed up and it might be awhile, even though almost 2 hours is still rediculous considering it wasn't busy... I don't think we will be back.

Had a great time with friends. The bartender was great very friendly & amazing service. Food was good & perfect way to end a work week.

Well the place is awesome, nice Tv, but the service is terrible. They have this older lady as a bartender that it's very entitled. Thinks she owns the place and makes it uncomfortable . My wife and I will never come back here again. Kinda sad how she acts her name is Rion or something like that. The owner of this place should really reconsider there bartenders.
