We have a Century Tract home about 1,900 sq. ft here in North La Quinta Just called the district water management department because we got a bill for $139.00 for a thirty day period. We have no leaks on two in this tiny house and lot. they are sending someone over to check the districts irrigation clock, the meter reading seems to be accurate but I am very curious as to what's going on with these obsessive charges. They already told me on the phone we are heading for another big bill for the next period. Something is going on and I hope others are concerned about huge percentage increase especially when its not a problem with water waste/leak. Signed , Disappointed Citizen

Called to complain regarding my current water bill, explanation received was not sensible based upon my home and the number of people that live here. We have only two people living here and only water our front grass three days a week. The problem must be in your estimating, it's not in our actual usage. We would like a refund of the penalty charge for the current posting.
