We have had many problems with our 2015 Mirada Coach bought 5-2014 the dealers really are the worst to deal with for Warranty repairs. We are full timers and have been disappointed at all the dealers we have tried and that was many to get warranty repairs done even the selling dealer was tearable at repairs. It is now 2017 July and the factory Warranty repaired the last issue 2 years after Warranty ran out because of an issue in the floor of glue separation continued from another repair they did. I cannot say enough good words about Nate, Mike and the people at Coachmen in the repairs department. Thank you all.

Our Class C, 2015 Coachman 24G, was our first RV. We had heard from our friends about all the problems they have with RVs and 5th wheels. We experienced very little in problems and whenever something small happened, Coachman didn't hesitate to to make it right. We bought it on the east coast and drove it home to Carlsbad, Ca. Now that's a shakedown cruise to test it and it performed great... and at 14-16 miles per gallon.

Bob joule down at this facility fixed our RV in 2 hours for nearly no money at all and seeing as we are from Houston Texas and wouldn't have been able to get back home in the state it was in, I feel that the service was great. anyone trying to tell you otherwise either simply down votes everything for the hell of it, has personal issues with the company itself, or simply has no idea what they are talking about.

This company does not honor their warranties. I bought a brand new RV, and it turned out to be a lemon. We have never had a working oven, fwe've had major plumbing issues, leaky pipes, faulty doors and hinges, and a list of over 40 things. Despite giving them multiple chances to take our unit to the manufacturing plant and even keeping it for nearly a month, they were unable to complete the repairs in anything near a satisfactory manner and continued to return it with unrepaired items or substandard materials that still were not in working order. They are refusing to replace the unit with a new one or give us a refund. I would strongly recommend you NEVER do any business with either Coachmen or the company that owns them, Forest River. For more info on how they handle customer complaints, read my complaint on the Better Business Bureau's website, which they never bothered to completely respond to and contains multiple lies by their warranty manager.
