Coal County Public Library is part of the Southeastern Public Library System of Oklahoma. We are located in Coalgate in the Southeast part of the system.
We serve as a part of the Southeastern Public Library System of Oklahoma, a seven county public library system established in 1967. The library serves a population of 5,780 as the only full service library in Coal County. The library offers many services to the public in addition to books and other materials in print.
Our services offered are interlibrary loan, reference department, children's programs, teen programs, book reserve, shut-in service, library tours, copy machine, fax, internet computers, Wi-Fi, meeting room, genealogical society, adult literacy services, online servies, and library materials available.
