If you don't value your time, come here and they'll have you wait a while in their long line with only one teller open at the front. This is the worst Coast Capital branch I've seen. On the other hand, the staff are very respectful and helpful.

I went to the aulds road branch today to renew my car insurance. I walked right by the autoplan office, thinking i had to enter from the main area.

The rude lady who asked me where I was going, proceded to literally shew me out of there with her hands like a stray cat.

I then followed her to the correct door, while she let me know how "very easy it was to find"  in a very condescending and passive agressive tone. 

Where do people like that come from...and who is giving them food?

Can NOT recomend this place dispite it's bold colourful decor. Was going to open a free chequing account here. They were 20+ min late to open, a line of people watched as staff milled about ignoring them. The lady who met with us was very condescending and curt. When she learned we had a very simple profile she became rather rude and said  "So you're just here for the money!", (sign up bonus)which was an inaccurate assumption as we needed better account options. She clearly disliked us because of our income level/source and lack of mortgage/loans etc to get her hands on. All around very unprofessional behaviour despite how neutral/polite we were.  We took our business elsewhere where we are now treated like valued members instead of insects, and couldn't be happier about the choice. March 6th 2017 "Jodi"

Only 1 teller, long waits, not appreciated after a 20 minute drive from the south end of Nanaimo. I guess if they can only afford one teller then they can't afford a more central branch.

Helpful friendly and convenient, No Fees and No holds on a Sunday when all the guys have  worked hard and want to get paid at the send of a job...I can't believe I paid $30+ every month just to be able to bank with fees at TD for as long as I did!
