I went back in October and saw the dentist on staff at the time.. The new dentist I saw today was fantastic. She listened to what I had to say and what I wanted!! The office staff is wonderful and polite. I've only been twice and they all know my name. Fabulous job today!! Actually excited to get things taken care of..

So they had an older dentist there that was a nice guy,but I think he should of retired earlier than he did.I needed dentures and went there he said he was gonna do a granddaddy pack a procedure that the newer doctors really don't practice,well that failed miserably the fit was horrendously not right so he tore the teeth from it and proceeded to make another mold which took another week or so to produce,the fit was alright after several visits he got them to a point where it was acceptable not great but acceptable,many waits in the waiting room 1 to 2 hrs,after so many visits I decided to accept what I had and stopped going.well about 30 days before my warranty was over the uppers developed a crack I called asap and got an appt for Friday only a 4 day wait wow,Thursday afternoon they called to cancel saying the doctor was not going to be there,not the first cancellation.the first visit they could get me in was two weeks away.I considered this an emergency two weeks away is a long time to deal with a cracked denture that was getting worse by the day so I bought a repair kit and glued the best I could to make it last for two weeks,Finally the two week wait was up,got to the orange park office And waited about an hour after my appt time to be seen,well new doc comes in asked what's the problem and I explain and he looks at the upper and says because I tried to fix them they are no longer liable for the warranty ,and of course I got up angry and said what do you mean your not going to fix them.he says since I got up in his face I was dismissed and told his front desk if I didn't leave immediately to call the police.Dr would not give me his name,so this is all I know he is a black male with an attitude.!!!

Awful experience!!! The front desk lady is soooo rude!!!!! I waited 45 minutes for cleaning, then the manager said they can't do x-rays and cleaning at the same day. What a waist of my time!!! they don't tell you over the phone, but instead, when you are already there. They only had one hygienist, and the place is so outdated!!! The manager could not even look into my eyes to apologize...so insincere. I WISH I HAD NEVER GONE THERE!!!!!!!

They got us in without a problem. The team was very welcoming and courteous! I will highly recommend this office to my family and yours. Erica and Kanisha and Dr.Vienneau are great!

I went from August of last year trying to get dentures made for me. In January of this year they finally finished them. They didn't fit. They are supposed to be giving me a parcel refund. I have been waiting for it sence the last time I was there. I keep being told it has to go through more approvals before I can get it. They want you to pay them in full before you even get started. Kenosha was the only helpful person there. I still have no refund and no teeth. If I would have not received any money out of the mess. All of those months going to get them made and still no teeth.
