Called to request a ride for one of my patients at work and they were friendly and accommodating. It was a very comfortable environment and I will definitely call them in the future!

I was skeptical about any taxi service due to a very bad experience with a different company. I was over an hour late and on the verge of losing my job due to them continuously coming late, even with scheduling 24 hours in advance. I called Coastal, very polite, driver was super sweet & they arrived EARLY!!! I didn't get any names but the man on the phone asked what time I had to work to make sure I got there on time. Highly recommend. Very professional. Super Affordable. Will only use Coastal !
