Arrived 6:32 for a 7 am flight- manager wouldn't allow our bags to be checked because of 30 minute rule & had to rebook- not great customer service for a regional airport! Better service at PGV and RDU

Love this airport! I fly to NB all the time to visit my mom and Grandpa & so far always been on time! :D

The airport is great. The airlines are lacking.  They routinely over sale the flights.  Woke up this morning to find out my 7 am flight was cancelled and the best they could do was fly me out at 8 PM tomorrow! It happens coming to New Bern as well.  I have been stuck in Charlotte several times trying to get back to Newbern 
as my flight were late or cancelled. The last time I tried to fly to Newbern I got stuck in Charlotte and was forced to drive 5 hours home.  Rolling the dice every time you fly in or out of here.

I love this airport. Such friendly employees. Great airlines. American or Delta. Fast security.
