I have been using their service for our charity over the past four years and have been impressed continually with their willingness to help and they professionalism.

I've been a CCCU member for pretty much my whole life. Their service has always been great. I have shopped around for other banks/credit unions and I didn't see enough of a difference to be worth switching.

Their mobile app is very functional, it allows you to view and transfer funds, deposit cheques, make bill payments.

Started using the credit union when I first moved to Nanaimo 13 years ago. Still here. Help is always available when you go here.

They very clearly made a typo in the overseas account number I was transferring money to. The transfer was rejected and they stuck me with the significant penalty fees, even though there was clear proof it was their mistake. I couldn't believe it.
