I contacted Cheryl about three weeks before my Mother died. She immediately emailed me with a list of  information that I would need to provide for the death certificate. I was prepared for the day my Mother did die.  Because of Cheryl,  I felt a lot less pressure than if I had to research all the information right after my Mother died.

Cheryl and John were wonderful with all of our family members who contacted them. On a Saturday without warning my sister came to the location on Grand Blvd in New Port Richey. Cheryl arranged a viewing of the ashes for her and her husband.  Now that is service particularly on a Saturday with no warning!

I recommend Coastal Cremation & Funeral Care to anyone seeking caring, compassionate and professional people like John and Cheryl during one of the most difficult times in life.

Cheap prices with cheap services. I'd rather pay more and have better service! Just got to florida again and am trying to help my Mom with her Cremation plans. Florida places act like they are car salesmen?? Whats up with this??

Cheryl was a  very compassionate person.  She assisted us with comple consideration and profesionalism in our time of need.  She went above and beyond my expectations to make this trying time as easy on us as possible.  Am so glad she was there for us.

The death of a loved one is such a painful experience & you and your family deserve compassion and empathy -- Neither of which you will receive from this company. Cheryl does NOT belong working with the living. She was rude, cold, and unprofessional. Not 24 hours after the passing of our loved one, this woman was more concerned with HER comfort than ours. She wanted my mother to sign off on a form "where we removed your mother" -- like she was a piece of trash by the highway. Callously informed us that if she had a pacemaker it would explode and smirked that they would ship my beloved grandmother's remains in a cardboard box. After such a wonderful experience with Trinity Hospice, this was such a slap in the face. So much so, that I promptly threw her out of the house. If my grandmother's remains were not already at their facility, I most Certainly would have used someone else. My mother asked for her supervisor's name and she told us that "It's just me. I'm the owner." That is the ONLY reason this woman still has a job! They are cheap because they HAVE TO BE. And, come to find out, they are not even LICENSED!!!
