I had total right knee replacement. The staff and my surgeon were great.

Went right after injury & then after surgery.  First PT was great.  After surgery was another story.  Saw Jennifer & her assistant & they were not nice, not attentive.  Assistant didn't know how to work equipment but they let her do it anyway and didn't check.  Turns out assistants there have little to no education in PT.  Also perceived just a bad attitude.  I know PT's are not known for their personalities but it still ticked me off when I was struggling with an exercise and all the PT's & assistants are standing around the center desk talking about other people or what they had for lunch... and not nicely!  There are just too many PT's around here to put up with bad service.
