I've been doing physical therapy for a muscle injury for 3 months now as I was prescribed by Dr. Ottaviani. It took two months for the doctor to realized that the therapy was only aggravating my condition. At this point I'm being denied treatment because my balance is too high as I refused to pay for a treatment that not only wasn't healing me but was aggravating my condition. I've talk to several people in the office about it and no one can do anything about it. They kept transfering me to the point that no one would return my calls. They couldn't care less about people pain and suffering.

At my last visit to coastal orthopedic
on 7/12 the doctors assistant decided we should go forward with a minor surgical procedure.  It is now 9/6 and have not been called to schedule it.  Almost 2 months is a long time when you are in pain.  
I have called 4 times to the doctors secretary, finally after the 4th message my call was returned.  I was told that she was going to send an email to the insurance department to see what the hold up was. 
I can take up your time and mine but long story short I've taken my records and have gone else where

Well this is my second visit..first waited 2 hrs to be seen..plus there really isn't anything they can do for a mallot finger..had to wear this spilt plastic thing for 6weeks 8 weeks it hurt most of time..my job I do kept bumping it. Now second visit i have to pay another $55.00 not happy its a follow up.😢I'm pretty sure this was a waste of time and money.

Self paid. Waited over an hour to see a Dr. Roberts who spent a whole two minutes to tell me he didn't see anything wrong with me. Well,, after 3 years of pain, I recently saw another doc and found out I have 2 herniated discs that might need surgery. Nothing wrong? On top of that, he took a personal call during my time, and and told me I could see myself out. Never has a dr acted so unprofessional. Then I finally find checkout and they don't even know who I saw or if I should come back. I do not recommend, and believe I paid for nothing but 2 xrays, which he said do not show my discs!
