I was  buyer who offer was accept and then home was kept on market and the  broker  knew this accepted  and contract to be signed by owner show more offer  after  accept the offer. He sent email outline the deal  and verbal spoke with my agent. Will  see them in court and better business Bureau  report then license  board over this. Not done deal. Think this should cost the company and broker the listing agent  the commission of the  sale home.  Who need crap broker  answer shade deals in this type business.  .... one upset customers  is worth millions dollars in today business.
