I got gifted a full exterior car detailing, every one I was helped by was very polite and professional. They ended up cleaning the interior of my car for free and doing a very good job. The younger African American man that helped me when I was getting my car back was very, very polite. The manager should give him props, if it helps I had a 2015 black dodge charger that got done around 6pm on 1/15/18.

I’ve been taking my car regularly to Cobblestone for the past 3 years; and I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff inside is friendly, the staff outside is friendly and does a great job with the cars. I’ve always gotten the Utlimate wash; all prices are fair. I recently got the Fast Pass since I’m here so often... unlimited car washes for one flat price. Can’t beat that!

I typically get my car washed here every six months or so and i typically don’t have complaints. This time i am beyond annoyed. I had a blue flannel in my car and it was left on the passenger seat. When I picked up my vehicle it was gone and when I called and spoke to the manager he assured me that he would call me back after speaking to the detail manager. It is now Saturday and I still haven’t heard anything... the bottom line is I know exactly where I left that jacket and it was stolen. I will not be back to this place as there are far too many other places to get my cars detailed. They are very good at taking your money but terrible at taking any kind of accountability.

Follow up:
The manager did return my call and reimbursed me the $15 for the flannel shirt. Ultimately he believes that the shirt may have been placed in another vehicle and apologized profusely. I typically don’t leave items in my car but I am just as responsible for the lost item as they are, maybe a little more so. I would’ve liked to have deleted my review but that wasn’t an option so here we are.

My daughter walked over to get me a fountain soda and it didn’t taste rite and when she went to dump it out an employee told her she couldn’t. I had to dump it out cause it was gross but when I called just to let them know the Dr. Pepper was way off and wanted to know why my daughter was told she couldn’t get something flavored correctly. The manager didn’t even let me get much out before quite rudely going off about how the machine was fine and none of the employees had said that to anybody and I had probably had the wrong location. After quite the many excuses of why it was absolutely not what happened she did say , guess you can come and dump out and refill but our machine isn’t broken. All I wanted was to let you know the Dr.Pepper is tasting a little funky! And was curious on why she couldn’t get one that tasted rite and that’s all I wanted to say. And I have brought my car many times to this location and am fully aware which one it is. Maybe you should listen before over talking somebody, it’s rude and I wasn’t even mad till talking to her. Rude!

The  'Diamond Touch'  - this diamond was fake.  For $44.99 + $15.99 I thought my car would look and be clean. 
My car was in and out in 15 minutes.  The car before me was done at the same time. They paid $19.99 for the 'Supreme'.
DON"T Waste Your Money.
My Surprise- their wash doesn't take off any 'bug juice'. The front bumper is still dirty.
  The sun roof glass wasn't touched.
The wheel wells still have every dust and dirt I came in with.
While driving home when the sun came through the windshield it was so hazy I have to clean it again.
