I know what the 1-star reviewer Rob Spahr was talking about. The guy at the one on Manchester Rd in the Home Depot shopping center is a mixture of about 90% sarcasm and 10% rude.  If that isn't your style, you'll be put off by it, but I love it!  It's a refreshing break from the fake bubbly customer service that is everywhere else, and is entertaining at the least. But he truly is a good guy. Very honest and has probably forgotten more about shoe repair and shoe care than most cobblers will ever learn.  He knows his stuff and I won't go anywhere else.

Great shoe repairman. Helped me out when I was in a time of need, after the death of my mother. I really appreciate it. The quality of my shoes was like new, a pair of Johnston & Murphy's. I will be back for other shoes. Thanks!

I ship my shoes to Gregory and he always does an excellent job communicating, and he is VERY timely with whatever I need.  He does the BEST sole repair at a reasonable price with a beautiful matching red rubber for Louboutins, you will not be disappointed.  I will continue to do business with him from afar as he is truly the best.  Also note that there are several with the same name, all independently operated so make sure you are choosing this one - excellent customer service and quality work!

Wow! What great, friendly, reasonably priced  service. I needed holes punched in two horse breast collars. Gregg said he could do it, and he did it quickly while I waited. He made my day!
