I recently moved in the area in September 2017. So I came across cobblestone pub. My husband and I decided to go in and found out it was happy hour. The music was good the service and the food was good. So pretty much on Friday we continued going there for happy hour. So today we went to cobblestone pub as we normally have been going since September. We ordered the happy hour price apps and drinks  as we usually do but this time my husband mistakenly order app thinking that it was loaded potato. So when it came to the table he said that he didn't order that. The waitress showed him the menu and pointed to what he ordered. He said to her that he saw loaded and thought it was the potato. Instead it was a loaded pretzel. My husband said that he didn't want that and wanted to exchange for Cajun fries. The waitress said that she had to speak to the manager. The manager came over with the plate and basically said "what do u want me to do with this"? Instead of being professional and accomodating. My husband told him that he thought he was ordering something else and that it was a mistake. I just told him that he can give it to someone else and i would pay for it. I was very upset about how the situation was handled. I had no issue with the waitress as they were just doing their job. However the manager was very unprofessional. So I decided that I will not spend my money at a place who clearly doesn't appreciate their customers. I really like  coming here but this incident was enough to make me take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service and the manager doesn't care. I walked into a restaurant 1/3 empty and they had rules and regulations about where I could sit. I asked the owner to put me at a nice table with a good view of the TV for Sunday football. He said sure we can do that anywhere, but he didn't do it.

 Instead he argued with me saying he doesn't have a crystal ball. I never asked him if he had a crystal ball. I asked him if he had any common sense. They just don't care about customers and they don't know how to treat
customers. I recommend no one goes here except for the locals.

Great atmosphere, very prompt and friendly service. Great place for lunch or a drink. Awesome pulled pork sandwich with German potato salad- delicious and big portions.

Love the beer selections and happy hour deals. The food here is very delicious also, quite sad that they do not deliver anymore.

Can’t go wrong with their chicken wings, happy hour specials whenever any NY team is playing is always a plus too!
