At a time of much confusion,  it was very comforting to meet with Dwaine.   Everything was explained thoroughly and all Roy's wishes were taken care of. The chapel was filled with peace and warmth thanks to Dwaine's thoughtful final touches.  Can't say enough about the compassion, care and comfort given by Dwaine and his staff. Coboconk Community Funeral Home did a beautiful service for us. Right from the time we entered the home they were very helpful in our time and need. Mom wanted a no fuss funeral and that's what she got. At the grave site Dwayne gave a short ceremony. Very professional, 5 stars all around. Thank you so much Billy & Shirley Campbell Bexley

When our Mother passed away suddenly at home we notified Dwaine who immediately began his services. He arrived promptly and settled our Mom in her bed and withdrew so that we could spend some quiet moments with our Mom. I’ll always remember how she looked so peacefully sleeping and restful. At the chapel services and at the Cemetery Dwaine and his staff were in full attendance and we felt comforted while he oversaw the internment. Thank you Dwaine and Staff for your caring and professional help. The Verduyn Family.

This funeral home has disappointed us time after time again. After giving them the benefit of the doubt, they refused to fix or complete any of the services we payed for!!! Their funeral home director was rude and insulting toward any family members that had complained, even when we have had full proof of the mistakes. They’ve taken our money, and refuse to do the job! it’s been 11 years and a headstone has still not been completed. it’s disgusting that they claim to be a funeral home. A place where our family and friends are supposed to be commemorated and celebrated. NOT FORGOTTEN.

We have known the staff at Coboconk Community Funeral home for some duration. During your most time of need they are there to be caring and professional. During these difficult times a lot of things can "push you over the edge", but they do everything they can to make sure all of your needs are met and all of the little details are taken care of. Can't say enough good things about an amazing group of people.

This place is an absolute joke!!! 3 people I absolutely loved have been treated with upmost disrespect! So my Aunts headstone has not been completed yet even though everything was paid for and to add to that heartache they failed to add her date of birth to her obituary. Doing a scrapbook for a friend who also knew the man we discovered that the messed up his obituary as well it's been fixed it got me thinking about my my niece and low and behold they didn't add her birth date to her obituary as well. These people have no respect for your loved ones they just want your money.

My family and I received wonderful care and service from Dwaine and Lori at Coboconk Community Funeral Home. From the beginning stages of planning our dad's funeral to the day of the funeral itself, Dwaine was attentive to our needs, responded to emails right away and assisted with every detail in a personal manner. We couldn't have asked for better care and service during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you so much.
