Cochran Exteriors went above and beyond to help us with our roofing issues. We had storm damage and needed help quick due to leak. From my first contact with their employees to the finished product, they exceeded all our expectation! Workers were prompt, efficient and thorough. Had some leaks in the house after all of the rain that has been in Indy lately.  Called up Luke Gilbert and he did a great job helping me figure out what the issue was and showing me what needed to be done to get everything fixed.  Great service and great knowledge of what was going on.  I would highly recommend Cochran and especially Luke to anyone with roof issues.

This was a learning experience for us.  We had some significant work done on our house - wood replaced, shingles added, entire house painted.  We met with the rep, discussed what was to be done, received a quote for what we agreed on, then put down half.  This was in November, they show up in Feb to replace the wood.  7 boards were replaced, not nearly what we had pointed out and discussed.  I looked at the quote and it says "Remove and replace rotten wood" and that was it.  No details.  And in the middle of it all, the crew that had done the initial work, quit.  If you don't know by now, it is all subcontract work - guy comes out and sells, then someone from another company does the work.  After several conversations, the work was done by another "crew".  It was finished in MAY.  Two Cochran reps told us "we have tried to call you several times" boy is that a lie, especially when they are calling your CELL PHONE which shows all calls.  The work was finally complete and looks nice, it was just an extremely bumpy road to get there.  Good Luck!

I have never bought anything from Cochran but they send me emails at least once a month to review them & I'm sick of it.  I've asked them to stop sending me emails and they haven't. We had them quote work over a year ago & decided to go with another company for price reasons (they were rhe highest quote we got).  I can now say that I won't ever have them quote again and, therefore, will never have them do work for me. One star is generous.

Jamie Miller did a great job helping me get a new roof for my home! He came out and did an inspection, then met with the insurance adjuster when he came out. He made the whole process super easy! Love my new roof!!
