This man has repeatedly been doing bad business and tore a home button. Then he proceeded to claim he didn't do it. Then on top of it all he almost caused a fire in a phone by leaving plastic inside of it that has to be removed before installing his D-grade parts he uses in customers devices. We have picture proof. And the customer will attest to this as well. She called so mad and didn't even want to go back to him. This Joe guy said. "I don't give a damn what the customer thinks or wants, I'm right their wrong". So yea go else where claims in business for 26 years but has EST. On front of business that says 2006. Learn math man. Google this isn't a fake review it all real and we have pictures and video to prove it.

Yousef and his staff are great and knowledgeable. I brought my sons iPhone 6 with battery problems from Amazon and they took care of me right away replacing the battery and for a great price. It was a fantastic experience, I would recommend Cocoa Cellular to anyone who needs a phone or repairs!

Just had a great experience here. Our phone was repaired in less than 5 minutes. Very satisfied and highly recommend them... Glad to have found a reliable and affordable cell phone repair shop.

D-Grade Parts. Secretly shopped. Have before and after repair photos. Missing screws inside the device iPhone 6 Black. Used a cheap quality screen with no ambient light filter paper so front camer didnt work after missing battery flex plate screw. Also missing two screws on the backlight plate on screen its self. Tested screen for 9 days of contunued use and screen started to lift. #cheapparts #goelseware #sticktosellingboost I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. You get what you pay for here. Pay cheap expect cheap.

Thank you, thank you!  I've just left Joseph @ Cocoa Cellular and like Steve above, My phone was repaired quickly and AT AN EXCEPTIONAL price for his part and service. Oh he has great new phones and service too. When I'm in that market for a new phone, I'll be calling him to see what he can do, , maybe you should too!
