I went to the college to get my associates and greatly enjoyed the experience. The staff is freindly and very helpful, as well as open to questions and conjecture. They want to help their students learn.

It's impossible to get in touch with anyone. No one answers their phones right away and I have been sent to voicemail during working hours so often I would be surprised if anything else happened. This happens with the bookstore, with advising, with enrollment and the operator's station... is this a policy of theirs that no one has to answer phones or what??? So frustrating when I need to get things done.

Registered for classes, went in for counseling counselor said she had no idea what kind of class I could or should take.  went online to log in, my initial password didn't work, IT fixed the problem right away.  went to log in password worked, system said I had a hold on my account.  Can't look at classes until I meet with a counselor, called the counselor to ask to get hold taken off, still waiting. 

This school feels disorganized.
