Welcome to Coconino Federal Credit Union's page, we are the only Full Service, Federally Insured Financial Institution based in Coconino County. Starting in 1955 as a teacher's credit union we have grown and now ANYONE that lives in Coconino County can open an account.

Reviews

Pros: Has more to offer than most Banks. Workers are friendly, but thats the case 99% of the places around here.
Cons: Only open Buisness hours (closed on weekends). Very slow with processing loan applications and will not call to update on status of application or tell you what is needed to get approved. I simply needed a loan to build credit, so I was willing to put the amount of the loan in a holding account until the loan was paid off. I received one phone call only after they saw me walk in and walk out (because I could not wait that long).  After that I heard nothing. Wasted over a week. Could have (and will go) somewhere else. Their sloggan talks about being for the people and not for profit. They may not be in Buisness for profit, but I can't see where they are for the people. Another local bank listened to what we wanted to do and said they will walk us through the process of building credit and even volunteered to show us the ends and out of credit karma.
