It starts with the protective steps we take at the start of a project. Little things like covering our customer’s floors with protective sheeting. Then the setting of temporary plastic walls that allows access with a zipper doorway to the work area and helps to contain the dust to a small area. These are just a few examples of the many steps that require attention to detail. We pay special attention to each.

At each point of a project we apply a quality view to give our customers the most professional outcome for their project.

I have been in business myself for over 43 years and when I look for a contractor the most important issue is not necessarily money, but who the owner is. I have known Matthew K. owner for over 12 years he has done work for me and I have done work for him. He is a man of honor and great integrity, to me that's what is the most important thing. Yes the work completed met all my expectations. I don’t rate him and his company a 5 star I rate him as a 10 star company. God has Blessed his business, family and employees. !!!!

I had over 30 years in construction.  We hired Coconut Bay to do our kitchen remodel.  From Herman who made a couple of excellent suggestions to the kitchen layout to Brian the lead carpenter who took the time to do it right and pay attention to detail to Jeremy who co-ordinated the project I found the employees to be skilled and professional.
We would definitely hire them again.

We had Coconut Bay do a major remodel of two bathrooms and several smaller jobs around our investment property. I could not be happier with the work that they provided.  They have an amazing team that from start to finish were a pleasure to work with. We are planning on building another home in the next two years and after this experience we will absolutely be building with Coconut Bay. Thanks Matt and Team!

This company built multiple luxury homes for our international clients. They build modern homes but also traditional. Our company as well as our clients are happy to provide references regarding Coconut Bays outstanding performance.
